Responsibilities
Produce data-sets and ad-hoc analysis reports from various databases at the request of HR Management
Strong Domain expertise in HR function & Identify key insights from data, prepare well-documented presentations and share with internal/external stakeholders
A subject matter expert on workforce information, analysis, forecasting, databases & HR systems
Develop and automate data and analytics solutions, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale.
Use analytical reasoning to identify problems and develop hypotheses, often recommending a data product that addresses client's/stakeholder's needs
Lead change management within the team and effectively influence stakeholders and internal resources behaviours align with organization strategy
Creating and delivering specialised presentations and training on HR related topics across the business
Support technology advancement initiatives by participating in UAT testing & implementation of Business intelligence tools
Customer service with a focused and responsible approach to managing enquiries whilst maintaining strict confidentiality.
Qualification & Skills
Graduate or Post graduate with overall 8-12 years & 5 years relevant experience.
Experience using data visualization (, tables, charts, graphs)
Experience with conducting research using basic statistics (, correlations, t-tests, regressions)
Experience in Workday, PeopleSoft or other HR system(s)
Experience with Qlikview, Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools
Experience with Microsoft Access, Oracle, SQL Server or other database applications
Strong analytical, process mapping, and procedural documentation skills
Project management skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work both strategically and operationally
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
