Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic HR & Accounts Coordinator to manage both human resources and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
• Source, recruit, and onboard blue-collar workers as per business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
• Build a pipeline of workers for future deployment across different hubs.
• Act as the chief welfare officer, addressing employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
Accounts Responsibilities:
• Reconcile daily payments and maintain financial records.
• Share receivables data with hub managers and coordinate customer payments.
• Monitor outgoing payments, maintain invoice records, and ensure timely payments.
• Work closely with the CA team for month-end reconciliations and financial reporting.
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, accounts, or a similar support function.
• Experience in handling blue-collar recruitment and payroll is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of payment reconciliations and invoicing.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is preferred
