Akarsh Designs is involved in Interior Design, Education, and Coaching business based at Kundanahalli, Bangalore
Responsibilities include
• Managing HR function for employees as well as academic staff/students etc
• Communicating with clients/Students as well as internal teams to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
• Working as admin assistant supporting Directors of the Company on admin tasks, meeting scheduling etc
• Various Miscellaneous HR and Admin activities for the office
Skills needed
• HR Management includes managing recruitment, employee relations, Employee processes.
• Strong communication skills and a positive enthusiastic sincere approach to work
• Collaborative attitude with the willingness to work with all kinds of people
• Mandatory knowledge of English, Hindi, and Kannada ( preferred)
• Graduates in HR or in Design( Fashion/Interior Design field )
• Expected experience of 1 year plus in relevant field. However Freshers may apply for trainee/Intern role
Work time
• Monday to Saturday - +:30 am to 6:00 pm
Location
• Kundanahalli, Bangalore
Salary
2.4 Lac Per Annum to 3 Lac per annum depending on the competency.Eligible for incentive programs post completion of 6 months
