• Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth onboarding of new hires.
2. HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records (attendance, personal details, etc.).
- Handle employee queries and grievances.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
3. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Manage attendance and payroll processing.
- Ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Handle statutory compliance related to payroll.
4. Administrative Support:
- Oversee daily office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
5. Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations and workplace culture.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts.
6. Showroom Operations:
- Support showroom activities as required.
- Ensure a tidy and welcoming showroom environment.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotional activities.
• Skills and Qualifications:
• - Proven experience as an HR and Admin Executive or similar role.
• - Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• - Familiarity with MS Office and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
• - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
