Key Responsibilities:
Assist with maintaining employee records and managing attendance and leave tracking.
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant data.
Handle general office routine work
Plan and book travel and accommodation for staff and management.
Ensure proper documentation and communication related to travel arrangements.
Assist in organizing company exhibitions, trade shows, and other corporate events.
Handle logistics, registration, booth setup coordination, and related follow-ups.
Monitor and report daily staff attendance.
Perform miscellaneous administrative and HR tasks as required.
Skills & Requirements:
experience in HR assistance and administrative roles.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Knowledge of basic HR practices and office procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
