Job Description
• Assist in job postings, sourcing candidates, and conducting the initial screening.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments of blue-collar and white collar.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training arrangements.
Employee Records and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits.
• Payroll, Time Management, PF, ESI
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, and HR policies.
HR Policy and Procedure Compliance:
• Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Educate employees on HR policies and promote adherence.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Performance Management Support:
• Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.
• Help track and maintain performance evaluation records.
• Provide guidance to employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve basic HR-related issues.
• Assist in addressing employee grievances and conflicts, maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
HR Administration and Coordination:
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing reports.
• Assist in HR-related projects, such as HR system implementation or process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
Training and Development:
• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.
• Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support the implementation of employee development plans.

Requirements
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
• Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
