ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you looking to join a passionate People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team? We are looking for a PPC Partner to join our crew on a 12-month parental leave contract. You will partner directly with people leaders and employees, providing pragmatic advice relating to employee and labour relations, HR and OHS policy and legislation, performance management, organisational resource planning, change management, compensation and benefits, cyclical HR processes, and the rollout of initiatives that make Custom Fleet a great place to work!
Duties will include (but not limited to) –
Coaching and supporting leaders within an established client group to manage IR, ER and OHS matters across Australia & New Zealand
Providing pragmatic and considered advice, education, and coaching to enhance leadership capability
Leading workforce planning activity, implementing considered and effective organisational changes that enable the business to grow.
Strengthening our culture and WOW’s by enhancing the employee experience through various PPC initiatives.
Leading cyclical people and performance processes inclusive of annual performance assessments including calibration, compensation planning, succession planning and goal setting.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will portray the following –
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in navigating and providing sound counsel on employment and industrial relations matters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and influence at all levels.
Agile and confident in navigating ambiguity and change with ability to have difficult discussions.
Approachable, collaborative, and passionate team player
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field (advantageous). Equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.
Understanding of the application of industrial relations, and employee relations requirements in Australia and New Zealand.
