The company’s operations have expanded to 70 cities in India, recording about 15 million customer orders per month.
The bigbasket HR team is a very talented, high caliber, multi-cultural group of individuals who are working towards a common goal of elevating the experience at bigbasket for internal employees and external candidates. What would you be doing/ Expected from this role?
• Heading the entire life cycle management of employees.
• Drive the Performance Management across the business unit.
• Work with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze talent performance and potential.
• Proactively work on retention risk of key employees.
• Leading employee engagement initiatives in the form of HR Skips, one-on-one discussions, and pulse checks
• Ensuring quick resolution of employee grievances by interfacing between Business, HR and Coe Team.
• Interacting with senior business stakeholders.
• Work closely with business stakeholder/ leadership to drive HR interventions initiates.
Who are we looking for?
• HR business partner who has 2-4 years of relevant experience in handling internal business stakeholder/ business line managers.
• MBA / Postgraduate from any management institution. (Regular 2 years post-graduation course)
• Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
• Strong communication skills: experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management
• Strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and attention to detail
