Job Description
As an HR Business Partner at EOS, you will play a vital role in the Human Resources department based in Canberra. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional HR operational support to Australia and New Zealand based EOS employees.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent management, and other HR-related matters.
Lead and support the execution of HR initiatives, including change management, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee engagement activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development efforts.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with relevant legislation and industry standards.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees on various HR-related enquiries and concerns.
Coach managers on effective people management practices, conflict resolution, and performance improvement techniques.
Participate in recruitment processes by providing input on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate assessment criteria.
Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on topics such as performance reviews, diversity awareness, and leadership development.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless delivery of services across the organisation.

Desired Skills and Experience
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
Demonstrable knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management
Strong understanding of employment legislation and regulations in Australia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
Ability to provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership and influence decision-making
Experience in driving organisational change initiatives and managing complex employee relations issues
Capability to analyse HR metrics and use data for informed decision-making
HR-related qualification or equivalent experience in human resources management
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach to work
