Job Description
Location: Delhi NCR
Reporting to: VP and Head of Talent & Culture
In this role we need you to:
• Articulate, Drive & Manage all HR lifecycle Processes
• Partnering with business leaders for all employee-related initiatives
• Design/Re-vamp employee-friendly policies/frameworks as per our business requirements
• Ensuring excellence in service delivery, for HR processes i.e. onboarding, learning and development, recognition, etc.
• Employee advocacy and grievance handling.
• Design and implement talent management and retention activities.
• Strategize different methods to increase talent retention rate.
• Proactively lead Employee Engagement (Pre & post joining) activities in the Vertical
• Drive external and global HR best practices.
• Have a data-driven mindset to assess organizational metrics and provide insights to leaders to drive business outcomes
• Partner with leaders to build high-performing leadership teams and coach people managers to enhance their leadership effectiveness.
• Actively engage in various leadership forums to diagnose and solve talent and organization-related problems
• Provide consultative support and guidance to managers on the implementation of core HR/Talent programs
• Work closely with Talent COE partners (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, D&I, Talent Design, and Internal Comms)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• MBA/Post-Graduation in HR
• 4-6 years of overall experience in HR
• Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies, and sub systems.
• Good communication skills and execution abilities.
• Hands-on working knowledge on excel
• Ability to interact confidently with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work in diverse teams &have a problem-solving approach
