Job Description
• Responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll, benefits administration and offboarding.
• To implement and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and other technology solutions. This includes managing the employee database, generating reports and analytics, ensuring data integrity, and identifying opportunities to leverage technology for process automation and improvement.
• Responsible for managing employee data and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Oversee data entry, data maintenance, and data retrieval processes.
• Generate regular reports and provide HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making. This involves analyzing HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• HRBP may also prepare reports for senior management, providing insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, turnover, and other relevant HR metrics.
• To collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR CoE, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT teams, to align HR operations with organizational goals.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall employee experience.
