Alpine Aerotech is currently seeking a highly motivated HR Co-op Student to join our rapidly expanding team in West Kelowna.

This role is open to students available for a 4-month co-op term starting in September 2026 .

POSITION OVERVIEW

As an HR Co-op Student, you will gain hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training and labour relations. This opportunity is ideal for a student pursuing a career in Human Resources who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional setting.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HR CO-OP STUDENT
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities such as posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews;
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees;
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events;
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems;
Assist with compiling HR reports and data analytics;
Participate in the development or review of HR policies, procedures, and training materials;
Provide administrative support and contribute to special HR projects, as needed;
Fulfill additional duties as required; and
Uphold an unwavering standard of excellence that impeccably represents the Alpine Aerotech brand.

OUR MUST HAVES
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Valid driver's license;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to generate high quality deliverables;
Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook;
Strong time and project management skills and self-motivation;
Robust interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and professional maturity with demonstrated ability to effectively interact and build professional relationships;
Awareness of the sensitivity of information received and appropriate handling; and
Know what it means to work smarter, not harder.

COMPENSATION & TOTAL REWARDS

Aerotech's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. We are committed to employment equity and will consider the qualifications, education, knowledge and experience of all candidates.

The range for this role is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
