The Candidate should be:
Involved in end to end recruitment life cycle
Should have good Communication Skills and command over English Language
Detailed analysis of the JD - to understand the client's requirement thoroughly.
Managing the team Database,
Ensuring On-time Delivery for the requirements.
Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the on- boarding
Individual contribution in teams’ target.
With Good attitude, a team player, target driven, career oriented, good Motivator and quick learner
(Preferably, Manufacturing/Automobile/Telecom/Banking/FMCG/Big 4 Recruitment Candidates but not necessary)
