Job Description
Metric Solutions is a client-side implementation and post-production support firm specializing in Workday. We assist companies in telling their people data story by guiding them through the reporting and analytics aspects of implementing and sustaining Workday. Whether transitioning legacy reports, developing new insights, or understanding data trends, Metric Solutions provides the support needed for a successful enterprise software experience.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a junior HR Consulting Analyst based in Miami, FL. The HR Consulting Analyst will support client engagements across general HR consulting work, with a primary focus on Workday. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting senior consultants on client projects, helping build reports and analyses, preparing client-facing presentations and deliverables, documenting HR processes, and contributing to ongoing reporting and analytics workstreams. As a small, growing firm, every team member wears multiple hats — this role will also pitch in across business operations, internal initiatives, and other areas of the firm as needed. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter early in their career who is eager to learn Workday, grow within a consulting environment, and take on a wide variety of work.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; backgrounds in HR, business, information systems, or analytics are a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong presentation skills and comfort building client-facing decks
• Familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and a curiosity for applying them to consulting work
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and creative problem-solver
• Highly flexible and adaptable — comfortable wearing many hats and shifting between projects, clients, and priorities in a small-company environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Exposure to Workday or HR systems is a plus, but not required — we will invest in training the right candidate
