What you will be doing?
1. RMG (Resource Management)
- Check the Requirements posted by Sales in RMG Portal on the daily basis.
- Check the JD,Budget,Exp,BGV & JD segregation for each req.
- Check if we can fulfill the requirement Internally or else hire from Outside (JIT).
Case I -- If we can Fulfill INTERNALLY:
- Check if there is BGV, and ask TLs to assign the right resource for the requirement.
- Check if the CV is mapped with the JD.
- Check for interview scheduling and ensure the client interviews are recorded.
Case II -- If the requirement is moved to JIT::
- Submit the JD Segregation to the JIT team
- Check if the CVs are sourced in timely manner.
- If selected, Check if the CV is mapped with the JD.
- Check for interview scheduling and ensure the client interviews are recorded.
2. HIRING & ONBOARDING:
- Create Job IDs
- Generate QRN/QPN
- Create a Hiring Plan
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Team
- Connect with the candidate post the Onboarding Process.
- Coordinate with the Admin Team w.r.t Laptop
- Assign the resource under responsible TL.
3. RNR (Rewards & Recognitions)
- Discuss with the team & decide on who will be nominated for the monthly RNR.
- Send a mail to Anjali / Lavi keeping HRBP in the cc.
4. LEARNING PORTAL
- Send a mail to CTO for the payment approval.
- After receiving the approval, send it to the Accounts team for Verification.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team & process with the payments.
Roles & Responsibility
Responsible for all the Operational activities in the department.
Coordinate and supervise work efforts when multiple stakeholders are needed to complete work
Responsible to manage documentation using tools like Excel, PowePoint, Trello, Canvas, DataStudio.
Manage the day-to-day activities of the functional team consisting of RMG Updates, Team Status, Operational Updates & Hiring Updates.
Responsible for mapping employees to the right TeamLead.
Provide single point of contact for our Employees & other Stakeholders.
Responsible for Monthly reviews, Periodic appraisals, Handling learning portals and their payments, Monthly RNR, Onboarding & Quarterly Hiring process.
Management of employees to ensure they are appropriately trained, developed and coached to comply with Company and regulatory standards.

Salary: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
