Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
Experience with pulling and manipulating reports from the HRIS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to organize priorities, meet deadlines and manage time
Ability to operate within a team and receive requests from multiple people at a time
Must have 100% accuracy in data entry with employee records and completion

Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator is an integral team member who is detail-oriented, shows initiative and HR knowledge, operates with urgency and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
The HR Coordinator must operate with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
Processing employment tasks including but not limited to background and drug screenings, entry into HRIS, managing I-+ and E-verify, processing terminations, etc
Updating employee records and assisting with employee timekeeping in the Kronos system
Payroll data entry and reporting
Conducting employment verifications
Responding to employee emails and phone calls in a timely fashion
Preparing new hire items as needed
Coordinating efforts for employee Visa sponsorship
Supporting annual open enrollment
Assisting with invoices and request for bill payments

The HR Coordinator is an integral team member who is detail-oriented, shows initiative and HR knowledge, operates with urgency and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The HR Coordinator must operate with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Processing employment tasks including but not limited to background and drug screenings, entry into HRIS, managing I-+ and E-verify, processing terminations, etc.
• Updating employee records and assisting with employee timekeeping in the Kronos system.
• Payroll data entry and reporting.
• Conducting employment verifications.
• Responding to employee emails and phone calls in a timely fashion.
• Preparing new hire items as needed.
• Coordinating efforts for employee Visa sponsorship.
• Supporting annual open enrollment.

What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience with a high school diploma.
• A minimum of 3 years supporting a Human Resources team for mid-size company or a similar HR role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
• Experience with pulling and manipulating reports from the HRIS.
• Experience with Kronos is a Plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to organize priorities, meet deadlines and manage time.
• Ability to operate within a team and receive requests from multiple people at a time.
