Job Description
Key responsibilities:
• Utilize relevant channels to source candidates. Create internal talent pipeline as well as through 3P staffing agencies, ensuring candidates meet hiring bar prior to onboarding.
• Execute and manage New Hiring Events (NHE) based on labor projections to meet the labor order demands and fill on-time. This includes activity not limited to manage candidate footfall, candidate expectation setting & filtration on role fitment
• Guide staffing vendors & applicants through the
