We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our highly regarded Human Resources team in Australia renowned for their supportive, high performing and collaborative culture. This role will be based in our Sydney office with a national remit working as part of our Human Resources Hub and working closely with our international Global Shared Service Centre.

As a valued team member, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support for all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment support (experienced hires and early careers) to onboarding, induction, employee engagement and movements. You will also gain exposure and build your experience by contributing across the wider HR team including Learning & Development and Inclusion and Positive Social Impact.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

1 – 2 years' experience in a similar role
a degree in Human Resources or related field, or be studying towards your degree
a high level of attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement
a customer service focus and client centric approach
resilience and enjoy balancing multiple tasks and competing priorities efficiently and
capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a national team environment
