The Team: This role will be a part of the global HR team at Accuris.
Grade/Level (relevant for internal applicants only): 08
The Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, welcoming new hires and conducting exit interviews
• Act as a point of contact for employees and People Leaders on benefit and leave of absence administrative procedures, basic policy interpretation
• Performs day-to-day Human Resources administrative tasks ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Advises, interprets, and provides direction and coaching to employees and managers on policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with applicable state, local and federal laws
• Assists HR Director with employee relations issues including document preparation
• Documents Human Resources processes and create work aids and training documents as needed
• Assist People Leaders with performance management review process including communications, trainings, and tracking
• Supports the revision of policies
• Supports the Human Resources team in meeting department priority initiatives and goals
• Maintains respectful and productive working relationships within and across all work groups, ensuring effective collaboration and cooperation
• Creates a work environment that is consistent with the company’s Purpose, Vision & Core Values
What we are looking for:
• 2+ years of HR experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Detail oriented
• Approachable and able to work with all levels of an organization
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus
