Position: HR cum Admin Intern
Experience: 0 to 6 month
Location: Shyamal Cross Road, Ahmedabad.
Shift time: Mon – Sat (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
• Attendance and leave management.
• Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor patient flow, manage scheduling, and optimize resource allocation.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care.
• Ensure that patients receive high-quality, timely care.
• Address patient complaints and resolve any operational issues affecting patient satisfaction.
• Implement programs to enhance patient satisfaction and improve service delivery.
• train, and mentor staff to maintain high-quality
• Handling of administration and record-keeping.
• Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
• Drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Interviewing candidates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Female candidate only
• Freshers can also apply.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheet.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Financial and budget management experience
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
