Job Description
who are responsible for providing administrative and human resources support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, handle multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing files and records
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers
Onboard new hires by conducting orientation sessions, explaining company policies, and completing necessary paperwork
Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws
Manage payroll processing and coordinate with finance department to ensure timely and accurate payments
Assist with performance management by scheduling evaluations, maintaining performance records, and coordinating with managers to develop performance improvement plans
Assist with employee relations by addressing employee grievances and providing support to resolve conflicts
Conduct training and development sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, including health and safety, data protection, and labor laws
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in administrative and human resources roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred women candidate
