Job Description
Responsibilities:
To carefully monitor leave and attendance management.
To look after staffs’ business travel coordination (air tickets, visa, travel insurance)
To processing and records medical, dental, business travel fees and other departmental cost
Manage employees’ badge
To update and maintain accurate records and filing system in the department.
To oversee statutory aspects such as PF, ESIC and Labour Welfare Fund.
To oversees the office general admin function.
To Provide other administrative support as assigned by superior.
Skillset:
Excellent communication skills.
Hands on knowledge on ESI, PF and other statutory aspects .
Computer Saavy .
Should be able to handle logistics aspects with ease.
Qualification & Experience: Any Degree with at least 3 years of experience
Gender: Male
Location: Chennai.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
