Management is the most important job of an HR cum Admin manager. Management extends right from managing employees to managing the employers and the whole HR department as well.
• Employee Management
• Recruitment, Attendance, Leave, Payroll processing and Management
• Induction, Joining and personal file maintenance
• PF/ESI Management
• Manage exit of employees
• Fulfil employees' document requirements
• Content development
• Support Project head in implementation of projects in terms of HR
• Support Business development team in applying for new project
• Management of Board AGM/GBM
• Analyse tender and apply for related CSR/Skill projects
• Support in Proposal writing & budgeting
• Liaising with funding agencies and concerned authorities
• Responsible to bring new projects and generating leads through extensive research and networking.
• Ability to design and develop HR focused fundraising activities/events, Online Donation Drive, Membership campaign and renewal, Employee Engagement activities etc.
• Explore and innovate new avenues of bringing resources to meet welfare needs.
• Build relationships with major donors or companies and make presentations
• Ensure achievements for self and team on a sustained basis.
• Managing/Booking travel/Lodging and other requirement for staff/visitors and project by having vendors supply and contract.
• Administration and logistic arrangement for programmatic training. (Venue, Food, Guest House etc.)
• Responsible for procurement of stationery, office supplies, office furniture and fixtures, and supplies.
• Manage dispatch and inward communication, postal, courier and maintain a register for the same.
• Material distributions in field.
• Maintain staff movement register and follow up with locations and movement of staff
• Checking of Bills or Supporting Vouchers in support of expenses incurred for the training.
• Verify the travel reimbursement of staff with attendance record and certify before approval.
• Qualification & skills:
• Graduate/Post-graduate in relevant field with min. 3-5 years of suitable experience
• Strong administration skills
• Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office.
• A high level of confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Role – Reporting to and working closely with the Program Manager, they will be responsible for leading HR focused and other fundraising activities. As part of a successful team you will play a significant role in the growth and development of the organisation and an important part in developing a strong approach on fundraising from the HR budgets.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
