Job Description
• Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and handling joining formalities.
• Support HR operations such as staff management, appraisals, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Perform HR administrative tasks, MIS reporting, data analysis, and maintain accurate records.
• Handle front desk duties like greeting visitors, managing calls, responding to queries/grievances, and maintaining internal communication.
• Assist with documentation, mail handling (incoming/outgoing), and ensure proper office supply management.
• Collaborate in CRM activities and support back-end reporting to the management.
• Contribute to implementing HR technologies and ensure data confidentiality and security.
