Our Hospital has world renowned doctors and scientists who provide world class treatment by using advanced foreign techniques to treat all Ear, Nose, Throat ailments & Cancers of all age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics. We are one of the first of its kind in the entire Dist. U. S. Nagar, Uttarakhand to get approval from the Government of India under the Clinical Establishments Act, 2010.
All the diseases and cancers of ENT are diagnosed with world class Foreign Machines & are treated by using Foreign Technique to treat all Ear, Nose, Throat diseases to excellency with a focus on disease cure.

The Role
You will be responsible for :
• Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
• Providing support to the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development and compensation and benefits.
• Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system.
• Maintaining employee leave and training records.
• Administering medical and other insurance as per Company policy.
• Preparing monthly HR reports for management.
• Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
• Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.
• Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
• Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
• Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
• Designing and developing strong employer branding strategy.
• Partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to promote and communicate the employee value proposition (EVP) and help position the company as an employer of choice.
• Building campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels.
• Analyzing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.
• Managing a team of 6-10 people.

Ideal Profile
• You have at least 3 year experience ideally in HR Administrator or Marketing Communications within Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
• Experience within Employer Branding, would be a strong advantage.
• You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
• Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
