Looking for a smart Admin Executive to look after our Office Administration related activities :
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations
- Organizing and maintaining information,
- Documentation
- Asset management
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Able to manage team Assist front office staff in maintaining the office premises
Skills required:
- Must have good communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Must know how o use MS Office / Google Sheets / Google Docs
- Must have knowledge about Computer and networking related activities
- Ability to handle professional emailing with concerned vendors or company
Location : On-site (Bhopal)
Work timings : 10am -6pm
