Responsibilities:Act as a senior advisor, coach, and counsel to the Country Manager and the leadership team.Implement HR Business Partner program in India through hands-on delivery of HR services and solutions.Utilize and understand data through analytics to design the HR strategy for IndiaPartner with the leadership team to identify, develop and deliver effective people & culture strategies to support the businessMust be able to have open and direct conversations with local leadership to influence the business Champion employee engagement activitiesOversee the day to day operations of HR in support of the employee life cycle - onboarding, development, performance management, exiting. Implement process improvements as appropriate.In collaboration with leadership, build a positive employee environment that emphasizes Stefaninis culture, core values, and individual and leadership expectations.Provide insight and guidance to country leadership regarding employee and organizational issues; provide support in the handling of employee relationsWork with corporate People & Culture to provide guidance and support in establishing local employment contracts, compensation and benefits, and talent management practices.
