Job Description
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other labor laws.
• Liaise with external consultants or government bodies as required.
• Plan and execute engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
• Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
• Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs, ensuring a regular feedback culture.
• Track and maintain performance records.
• Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date HR records and manage HRMS systems effectively.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
• Ensure disciplinary actions and grievance handling are carried out with fairness and integrity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
• Good understanding of labour laws, HR documentation, and statutory processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
