Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
2. Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
3. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants.
4. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
5. Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
6. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives & organization Culture.
7. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
8. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
+. Preparation of monthly pay roll in co-ordination with Accounts Dept.
10. Compilation of all statutory payments such as ESI /PF/Prof Tax etc
11. Filing of all Mandatory forms /returns in the prescribed format for all Statutory /Govt Authorities within stipulated time.

Desired Skills:
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Knowledge of management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of laws, legal codes, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation.
