Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Representative
Job Summary: The HR representative is responsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties. These include but are not limited to, recruiting, onboarding, handling employee-related issues, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and post job descriptions and job vacancies
Screen and select qualified candidates
Facilitate interviews and reference/background checks
Administer pre-employment tests
Prepare initial offer letters and negotiate salaries
Onboard new hires by conducting orientations, issuing employee handbooks, and collecting new hire documentation
Handle employee relations issues
Provide information on Company policies and procedures as related to employee relations and issues
Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment laws
Support with employee payroll and compensation
Coordinate and lead employee training programs
Assist with employee benefits administration
Facilitate HR-related events and programs
Participate in HR-related projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
1-3 years of experience in human resources
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively • Proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Salary: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.83 per month
