Qualification and Experience: Degree with MBA (HR)/MSW/MHRM from a recognised Institution. Experience of 2 to 3 years in HR activities in an educational institution.

Recruitment and Selection: The HR Executive is responsible for attracting and hiring qualified staff members for the institution. This includes creating job descriptions, advertising vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.
Employee Onboarding and Orientation: The HR Executive facilitates the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that they receive necessary information, complete required paperwork, and are familiarized with the institution's policies, procedures, and culture.
Employee Relations: The HR Executive serves as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries, concerns, and grievances. They help foster positive relationships within the institution, resolve conflicts, and promote a harmonious work environment.
Performance Management: The HR Executive oversees the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback and coaching to employees, and identifying opportunities for development and growth.
Training and Development: The HR Executive identifies training needs, designs or selects appropriate training programs, and coordinates their delivery. They may also organize workshops, seminars, or other learning opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the institution's employees.
Policy Development and Implementation: The HR Executive plays a key role in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to the educational institution. They ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and communicate policies effectively to staff members.

HR Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining HR databases, preparing reports, managing employee leave and attendance records, and coordinating employee benefits programs.
