Job Description
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, executive and Manager) Work according to the hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Coordinating interviews with the HR Manager Following up on the interview process status Maintaining relationships with manpower consultancy to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Completing timely reports on employment activity Desired Profile Proven experience in Recruitment Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Naukri, Times, Monster and Indeed Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook ETC.
Strong interpersonal skills Good written and verbal communications skills Graduate in any discipline Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment
