Interviews scheduling and coordination
Handle new hire joining formalities and paperwork
Maintain and update personal records offer letters and employee documents
Communication and ensuring adherence of the organization's HR policies to the employees
Follow up of conformation records statutory obligations -PF, ESIC, TAXES, Gratuity,LTA,Bonus
Preparing salary statement and processing timely distribution of salary bonus , increment salary slip
Recording maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Handling employee leave management
Handling the full and final settlement of employee
Handling the admin work - Documentation database and files maintenance hardware and stationary suppliers

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
