We are looking for an HR Executive with a strong foundation in behavioural psychology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building a positive culture within the organization and implementing effective performance management systems.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
· Build a positive culture within the organization
· Facilitate employee engagement activities and team building events
· Conduct employee surveys and analyse data to identify areas for improvement
· Understand and implement performance management systems to improve employee performance
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
· Manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution
· Provide support for recruitment and hiring processes
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Psychology or related field
· 0-2 years of experience in HR or related field
· Passion and ability to learn new skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
· Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Candidates from tri-city (within 25 kms from company’s location) will be preferred.
Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month
Timings: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
