Job Description
• Develop Company’s for talent bench marking, talent assessment & interviewing.
• Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions across south region.
• Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.
• Design & manage recruitment & selection process (resume screening, calls, interviews etc.)
• Reviews employment applications & background check reports.
• Serve as brand ambassador at various events like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
• Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
• Council the candidate on corporate benefits, salary and corporate environment.
• Build long term relationship with past and potential candidates.
• Manage respective candidates pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
• Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
• Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
• Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
• Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear views on Company’s hiring needs & organizational goals.
• Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways of addressing talent acquisition challenges.
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
• Research talent acquisition trend in the staff industry.
• To maintain the attendance of all the employees on day to day basis.
• Prepare periodic payroll reconciliation and submit reports to the payroll manager for the review.
• Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans etc.
• Cover all legal compliance for human resource requirements (PF & Insurance)
• Collect customer feedback I.e B2B (BCG & Nurses) & B2C (Corporate/ Private Hospitals/ Government Hospitals) and compile it then sends it to head office on monthly basis.
• Candidate preferred from Home care or Hospital Industry only.
