2.Making CTC Salary Structures for all levels.
3.Managing Payroll including Salaries, Leave Encashment, Employee database and generating ESI and PF challans, KYC & other departmental work.

4.Doing Induction formalities.
5.Liaison with PF and ESI department related to statutory compliance.
6.Recruitment through various channels of all levels (Junior, Middle and Senior).
