Interviews For HR Executive and Senior HR Executives Recruiters (Only Female) for a Well Known Consultancy based out in Dwarka - New Delhi
Salary - Salary Negotiable + Cash Incentive on Per Day basis + Joining Incentive
Job description & Required Candidate profile
• You are responsible for handing end to end recruitment, Sourcing and screening the candidates profiles as per client requirements, conducting their interview with client, follow ups with the client and candidates till candidate join the organization
• Taking Interviews of the candidates over the phone and also face to face Interviews in order to check their communications and job profiles they are looking for, Lining up them for Interviews for various industries like Aviation, Hotels, Bpo's , Retail Sector and Corporate
• Age 18- 48 Years
• Office Timings - 10 Am - 7 pm (Monday to Saturday) Sunday Off
• For this Job we need very Very Good Spoken English
• if experience is in ( Educational Sales- or a Institute or as a HR Recruiter ) It will be a added advantage
