Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, calling & interview scheduling
• Maintain attendance, leave & salary records
• Prepare offer, appointment & relieving letters
• Coordinate daily activity report (DAR) from staff
• Manage employee files & documentation
• Prepare monthly payroll & incentive sheet
• Handle staff discipline, office communication & internal notices
• Support management in HR policy & system implementation
Required Skills:
• MS Excel / Google Sheets (Basic to Intermediate level)
• HR Documentation (Offer, Appointment, Salary, Exit)
• Email & Letter drafting in English
• Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi & English
• Organized and punctual personality
