Job Title: HR Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR programs. This role is key in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation.
Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
Maintain employee records and HR systems.
Ensure legal compliance and support audits.
Assist with performance management and training programs.
Help administer payroll and benefits.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
2–5 years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRIS and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
