Job Role:
• As Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is on an expansion mode and so the incumbent will be majorly involved in managing hiring and other HR related requirements for Cafes across the south region.
• Sourcing the resumes through different job portals like Monster, Naukri , Linkedin etc. Initial phone screening of candidates to check the skills.
• Must have experience Job posting and mass mailing the candidates through various job portals and keeping track of all the applicants with the help of various excel dashboards
• Coordinate with external vendors for all agent level hiring in conjunction with managing the recruitment team as and when required.
• Will be responsible for collecting all relevant documents from new joiners, leading Salary negotiations and maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Responsible for resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Handling cafe related investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills and strong commitment to the profession.
• Maintain MIS for the entire recruitment process.
Desired Candidates
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent. Post Graduates will be preferred.
• Must have 1-3 years of experience in Volume/Bulk Hiring . Experience in Non IT Recruitment in the domestic market preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
• Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
• Candidates must be currently based in Bengaluru
