Job Description:
· To ensure that recruitment and selection procedures / practices meet the business needs.
· Sourcing candidates from internal database and job portals as per the requirement. Coordinating Interviews with the stakeholders and the candidate
· Write and post technical job descriptions
· Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
· Onboard new hires
· Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
Requirements and skills
· 1+ Years of Experience
· Proven work experience as a Recruiter
· Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Google Meet)
· Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
· Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Location: “Nibav Towers” No:64, Kazura Garden 1st Street, Govindan Nagar, Palavakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
