Experience with full-cycle recruiting, Coordinate the interview with the respective department.
Joining formalities.
Exit-Interviews.
Leaves and Attendance Management.
Handling the payroll.
Handling all the queries of the employees.
They are also expected to explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.
