Job Title : HR Executive

Qualifications: Any bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years’ experience as HR executive or similar role.

Responsibilities:

1.To assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, and making job offers.

2.Colloborate with hiring managers to understand & fulfil the staffing requirements

3.Maintain & update job descriptions.

4.Conduct orientation sessions for new hires & handle the complete onboarding process.

5.Act as a point of contact for employees & assist them to address if any grievances.

6.Support & implement career development plans.

7.Assist in ensuring the compliance with labour laws & other regulations.
