HR Executive preferably in security services industry must maintain employees minimum wages, PF, ESIC, and other labour law related compliances. It is imperative that the individual has had previously worked in a security firm that does all compliances or a labour intensive firm before
Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and hiring security personnel and other employees.
Employee Relations: Managing employee performance, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs for employees.
Payroll and Benefits: Managing payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administration tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
