Roles and Responsibilities
1. Focus on developing a strong culture in the region by adherence of right policies and practices
2. Responsible for Talent Planning and Acquisition for the region
3. Smooth execution on onboarding and handholding of the new joiners to drive activations and higher productivity
4. Develop ways of employee engagement and drive employee engagement program in the Branch to boost morale of the employees.
5. Work closely with Training Manager to look for opportunities for developing capability
6. Engage with employees to increase retention
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment across multiple functions.
2. Enough knowledge of using job portals and social media.
3. High Energy and Passion interacting with Candidates and Employees.
4. Good communication skills
