4 to 5 years’ experience in senior HR executives role
Attendance & Leave, Appraisals
Background verifications
Creating policies and handbooks that detail company operations.
Designing Salary Breakup .
Developing and delivering the organizations internal communication strategy, planning calendar of activity, organizing events and increase level of employee engagement.
EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Statutory Compliance.
Exit management.
Facilitate timely delivery of offer letter to selected candidates
Identify regional requirement of replacement hiring and coordinate with managers to initiate hiring approval.
Maintain continuous communication channels with new recruits to allow for smooth On the Job and cultural transition
Manage Recruitment costs by adopting right talent and scanning relevant industries for sourcing talent
Payroll Processing
Recruitment, Induction, Documentation
Strong at data and records management engagement.
Exit management.
Identify if there is a possibility of internal movement.
