Daily attendance entry, and attendance collection from all the site.Daily absent report preparation.HR policy implementation.Monthly attendance and salary sheet preparation.P.F ESIC compliance handling.Manage employees’ grievances.Employee handling.Recruitment, employee joining formalities and onboarding.Co-ordinating with finance department for processing of payments to employees.Knowledge of advance excel.Knowledge of labour laws and others.Assist Head HROthers as per the management instructions.
