We are looking for a proactive, field-ready HR Executive to lead staff hiring, evaluation, and manpower optimization across our restaurant outlets in Kolkata. This is not a desk-only role — you’ll be actively visiting outlets, evaluating team performance, and supporting professional HR practices across branches.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, onboarding
• Create and maintain offer letters, employee records, and onboarding kits
• Visit outlets regularly to audit staff performance, grooming, and SOP compliance
• Build and maintain a salary vs performance matrix to identify overstaffing or inefficiencies
• Coordinate with outlet managers to handle terminations or replacements
• Ensure fair HR grievance handling and staff satisfaction
• Liaise with our compliance partner for PF, ESI, etc.
Qualifications
• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Skilled in HR Operations and handling Employee Relations
• Knowledgeable in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
