Job Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our team at a Surat Location. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, Payroll, and compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Implement HR policies and procedures in line with local laws and regulations, and company guidelines.
· Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
· Manage employee relations, including Grievance Redresser, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
· Intimation of training and development programs to employees in advance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
· Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, insurance, and retirement plans.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.
· Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and culture.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of current HR trends, practices, and technology to improve HR processes and practices.
· Recruitment and coordination with the manpower service provider.
· Wage, payroll, PF, ESI, and Leave/absence management with an understanding in Employee Grievance management.
· Conversant with Apprenticeship schemes.
Requirements:
· Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
· 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a dealership or automotive environment.
· Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Gujarat
· Experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· MS Office proficient.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
