Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Plan and execute training programs, team-building activities, and performance reviews
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture
• Collaborate with department heads for strategic workforce planning
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• High level of discretion and a people-first approach
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus
• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
